Plain-language privacy notice

What we collect

If you email RivetScout or submit the pilot-request form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, trade, territory, and message. The form also records limited referral details included in the page URL so we can understand how you found RivetScout. The pilot dashboard stores saved, contacted, and dismissed states in your browser. RivetScout also processes public permit and project records.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, operate and improve the pilot, qualify opportunities for your business, and understand whether RivetScout is useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare provides hosting, form processing, and message delivery; email providers process limited information to deliver messages. We keep customer information only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you provided, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@rivetscout.com.

Updates

We may update this notice as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
