Website and pilot terms

Informational service

RivetScout organizes public construction records and related information to help contractors research sales opportunities. Records may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or incorrect. Verify important facts with the original source and relevant project contacts before acting.

Pilot access

Pilot scope, price, territory, delivery, and cancellation terms are agreed directly with each customer. Unless a written pilot agreement says otherwise, access is personal to the participating business and may not be resold or redistributed.

No guaranteed outcome

Scores and recommendations are research aids. RivetScout does not guarantee project availability, contact accuracy, bidding access, awards, revenue, or any other business result.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact information, or use RivetScout in violation of law or source terms.
